The plane ride was very long to Mexico. There was fog in Maine the day we left, so we missed the next flight and had to stay all night in Miami. And we got used to eating those pretzels on the plane.
Cancun was very warm and pretty with many big hotels. The day we went to the pyramids, I did climb high up onto the pyramid and it was very scary because I am afraid of heights.
I had my hair braided in the local style and they added the beads. My hair was simply a head full of braids!! My head sure was sunburnt after that.
I took Hitty Preble to the beach too.
